During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the AnaFarias Ltd products to AnaFarias Ltd in unharmed condition. The AnaFarias Ltd products should not have been used in any way. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. The original invoice that comes with the delivery also needs to be enclosed together with the returned product. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

AnaFarias Ltd is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after AnaFarias Ltd receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by AnaFarias Ltd.


Once you have returned the items, AnaFarias Ltd will not make any additional charges in the case of a delivery or an exchange. Please note that AnaFarias Ltd will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except for the fact that AnaFarias Ltd will not accept exchanges.


Portuguese / Irish customers: Depending on the volume of the shipment you will receive it directly in your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local Post Office. International customers: When your delivery reaches its destination, your local courier will deliver it to the specified address. The international delivery company associated to CTT / An Post (Portuguese and Irish Mail) may requires a signature, which means that you will need to be present at the address during their operating hours.


Your order will be dispatched within 3 - 7 days from the time you placed your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Portugal or Ireland the delivery confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Portugal and Ireland the delivery information will include carrier information. Please note that in case of ‘no stock’ products we will need secure a new product batch, which may take a few days according to the origin and availability.


Orders within Portugal will be delivered by the Portuguese national post (CTT). Orders within Ireland will be delivered by the Irish national post (An Post). Depending on the size of the package you will receive it to your mailbox or you will be asked to pick it up at your local post office.


You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.


International orders will be shipped with the delivery company that works with CTT (Portuguese Mail) or An Post (Irish Mail). With the help of your tracking number information you can track your package at the CTT website ( CTT Tracking ) or the An Post website ( An Post Tracking ). The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since some delivery companies require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified delivery address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your AnaFarias Ltd account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to deliver your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the AnaFarias Ltd. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Delivery rates do not include import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.


Orders will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks from the day you received the shipping confirmation.


AnaFarias Ltd cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.


Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by AnaFarias Ltd.
